3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us within 7 days of service completion.

Eligibility: Refunds are available if the service fails to meet the agreed specifications or if significant damage occurs due to our negligence.

We are liable for damages only if caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
